 The Cape is an astounding place. Our beaches are some of the best in the world and our untouched forests and dunes are amazing places of quiet solitude. These are the things that led me to move here but it is the people of Cape Cod that makes me stay. In the past twelve years of living here I’ve helped bankers and plumbers, attorneys and school teachers, playwrights and painters, hunters and housewives and a whole host of other people who yearn to live and play here by the sea. What’s remarkable to me is the transformation that almost everyone goes through once they own property here: the slower pace allows for greater introspection and folks have time to look at their lives and determine what really matters. Nothing thrills me more than running into a client who I have helped and hear them say, “I love it!”
I see my job as a real estate professional as a provider of information. Not just facts about a particular piece of property but also information relating to the neighborhood, the schools, the local regulations and the opportunities that each property possesses.  Anne grew up spending summers on Cape Cod, so when her husband dug in his heels after their first summer in Truro together and said that he wasn’t going back to Boston – ever – she packed her bags and joined him. Anne delights in all seasons on the Cape, singing in the Outer Cape Chorale, walking in the Seashore Park, and getting together with friends for impromptu meals or walks together.
Prior to her career in real estate, Anne worked in executive outplacement, helping laid-off executives and professionals develop and find work opportunities. At the time, she had a particular interest in career change later in life and retirement planning. She continues to write and talk on related issues, such as relocating for work, work in retirement and buying a home for retirement years.

He established a brand development and retail operations consulting company and consulted on mail-order, retail shop development, and customer service issues for local and national companies before moving to Provincetown full time in 2005. Scott says “I know that a vacation can do more than allow time for R & R, it also can alter your life.” This is where he met his partner of 23 years while spending a summer by the sea after graduating college.  Jim has been a full time Realtor since 1993. He grew up in New York City (Bronx), went to PS 86, and, much to the chagrin of his Cape friends, he still maintains his allegiance to the Yankees. Attending college in the Midwest and Vermont, he developed a real love of open spaces and for the good people who live in rural communities. Since then, Jim has worn many hats: teaching science in Montclair, a non-profit head hunting firm, and then with the National Association of Independent Schools where he was able to assist schools to actively market their programs and curricula.
He and his wife, Diane, bought their home on Cape Cod in 1989 and then moved here full time in 1993 where they were able to raise their two children -- Matt and Larissa. Now that the kids have left and are on their own, Jim enjoys fishing, walking the beach, gardening and reading. With almost 20 years of real estate sales experience. Jim brings a wealth of insight and wisdom (and humor) to the table for both sellers and buyers. Jim says, "Most people only dream about being able to live and work on this wonderful sandbar.
